Every winter, the first hard freeze catches homes off guard. A spigot left on or a pipe on an outside wall is all it takes.
So I'm offering something simple: one of our licensed plumbers checks every pipe in your home that can freeze, for $76 when you book online. And I'm putting my money behind it.
As long as the heat stayed on and any fixes we recommended were made. It's a refund of the inspection price, not insurance, and doesn't cover water damage or repairs.

You get a written Freeze-Ready report. If we find something, the $76 goes toward the repair.
Booking yourself means we don't have to staff the phones to set up your visit, including after hours and on weekends. We pass that savings to you.
If a pipe on your Freeze-Ready report freezes before March 31, 2027, we refund you twice what you paid for the inspection. That's as long as the heat stayed on and any fixes we recommended were made. It's a refund, not insurance, and doesn't cover water damage or repairs.
